The "On the Floor" music video by Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez has amassed more than two billion views on YouTube

According to the video streaming service, the club-themed video for J. Lo and Pit's 2011 hit has received an average of more than 500K views each day thus far in 2022

The song earned the duo another spot on the Billboard Hot 100, where it peaked at No. 3 on the May 21, 2011 list

Other hits for the duo include "Dance Again," "Back It Up" with Prince Royce, and "We Are One (Ole Ola)," the official song of the 2014 World Cup with Claudia Leitte of Brazil

The song, which was created by RedOne, has a mesmerizing groove and a quick-fire lyric from Pitbull that rhymes "badonkadonk" with "Donkey Kong

During the chorus, when she sings "La la la la la la la la la la la la," Lopez's enchanting yet powerful vocals grab attention

The song samples the 1988 global smash "Lambada" by the French-Brazilian pop group Kaoma, which topped the Hot Latin Songs list in March 1990

The "Lambada" returned to the Billboard charts as a result of the sample, more than 20 years after it had previously dominated the world

A few weeks after the release of "On the Floor," in March of that year, it debuted at No. 3 on the World Digital Songs chart
