Kim Kardashian Mutates into 'X-Men's Mystique for Halloween

The SKIMS tycoon put on a blue latex outfit, imitating Rebecca Romijn’s mutant character in the 2000 film X-Men and its sequels.

In addition to being a businesswoman, mother, fashion star, and soon-to-be lawyer, Kim Kardashian is now adding the title of “Mutant” to her long list of accomplishments.

The SKIMS founder, 42, dressed as Mystique from the Marvel X-Men flicks on Saturday night for her most recent Halloween appearance.

Kardashian flaunted the ensemble on Twitter and Instagram Story while discussing Rebecca Romijn’s portrayal of the mutant in the 2000 film X-Men and its two sequels, X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand.

Kardashian sported a blue latex bodysuit, prosthetic bumps, and vivid blue face paint in the photos she shared on her Story. The mother of four chose blue stilettos and yellow contacts as her accessories, and to complete her makeover into the shape-shifter, she even coloured her hair red and pulled it back.

When it’s Halloween, Kardashian is renowned for going above and above.

She has previously dressed up as Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue, wore identical Princess Jasmine costumes with her oldest daughter North, played Pamela Anderson, and even chose to dress as Carole Baskin from 2020’s Tiger King while her children were Tigers.

Of course, the Kardashians’ kids dressed up for Halloween this year in their nicest outfits as well. Her four children—North, 9, Saint, 612, Chicago, 412, and Psalm, 3—were all decked out as various well-known musicians.

In a specially made Jean Paul Gaultier Halloween costume, Kylie Jenner channels the Bride of Frankenstein.

In a Tommy Hilfiger suit reminiscent of the late singer’s 1997 advertisement for the company’s “Next Generation Jeans” campaign, North dressed as the late R&B legend Aaliyah. Chicago channelled the singer’s “The Sweetest Taboo” video by dressing all in denim, accessorising with boots, and wearing a long braid.

For the boys, Psalm dressed as MC Eazy-E from the 1990s and sported a black Compton hat. Saint then appeared dressed like Snoop Dogg, with pigtail braids and a button-up blue plaid shirt.

In an Instagram Reel earlier this month, North and Kardashian gave followers a look at all the eerie decorations they’d set up around their house.

The video of their Hidden Hills, California property features a tree decorated with bones and skulls, a group of fictitious “scary people” gathered around a bonfire, and a number of teeth-gnashing white hand sculptures protruding from the ground.

It was even more unsettling because the hands were exact duplicates of her loved ones’ hands. Kardashian remarked in the video, “I held a moulding party, and they were all moulded. You can view some of our friends’ hands as well as the hands of my children, nieces, and nephews.

A skull arch that wraps over the front door, a tonne of cobwebs, and even some fake mummies were used as decorations to tie everything together. The situation in this room is “very weird,” Kardashian continued.
